Not really smooth like a tradition high thread count sheet. Disappointed.Sheets are rough...husband calls them our 'derm-abrasion' sheets. 3 stars for good fit for our two Tuft & Needle XL twins. 600 count???? I doubt that very much! LOL... That's a joke, right?? (Husband bought us two sets...a week or so apart. Had I tried them, I would not have.) Not one bit soft. No. Feels more like work-camp sheets. Zero luxury. Sorry. I cannot tell a lie. Made in China. I've purchased much softer sheets at local stores...many, many times and they claimed far lower thread count. These sheets are NOT in the least soft. NOT.These sheets are wonderful! They get softer every time I wash them! If you wash them with hot water (who doesn't?) they will shrink a bit, so make sure you order the correct (slightly larger) size. They are tough as well as soft, I bought them 6 months ago, wanted to test them before leaving my review. Don't bother with those incredibly high priced sheets with crazy thread counts, you will be happy with these!Love these 100% extra long cotton bed sheet sets. Well made. Wash up nicely. Great deep pockets. Fit the extra long bed well. Would purchase again. Compared to other sheet sheet sets with same specs these are by far the best I have ever purchased.I bought this set to use with our sleep number split king. Fit great and are really nice feeling sheets. I liked them so well I bought a second set.Not as soft as I expected it to be but good quality.Not as soft initially, but getting softer with each wash.Very nice sheets, possibly the best sheets I've ever owned.
